Interactive Driving Systems, Inc. Limited Warranty
What is covered: Any defect in material and workmanship in the Skid Monster (SkM).
For how long: A one year period from date of purchase providing training activities are conducted by NIDB certified instructors.
What will we do: If your SkM is defective and returned to us we will replace the defective part or parts at no cost to you with new or reconditioned replacement parts. Such replacements shall continue to be
covered under the warranty. Shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
What we ask you to do: To get warranty service for your SkM you must call us at to determine which corrective action to take, and to receive authorization. After receiving your defective SkM, we will ship the repaired or replaced product to you within six weeks.
What this warranty does not cover: This warranty does not cover tires, tubes, dampers, air tanks, air lines and defects resulting from collisions, damage while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood and acts of God.
This warranty is the only one we give on your SkM, and it sets forth all responsibilities regarding your SkM. There are no other express warranties.
State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and other rights which vary from state to state.
